This is Dennis from Pierce County Surface Water Management. I wanted to let you know I spoke a the national flood conference in Phoenix Arizona last month about changing how we communicate flood risk. I used your Puyallup River watershed/face drawing as an example of how to start a conversation with the public rather than old fashion flood maps.
